You need a microwave with crisp programme. Apply a thin layer of oil on the crisp bowl and season the sliced potatoes (with pepper, garlic, parsley, celery), then stir it. Fry on crisp-grill (20 minutes for 1 kg potatoes), you can grind cheese on it while hot. The maximum is 170-180 g per person.
My favourite cookie recipe
250 g cottage cheese
250 fruit
2 tbsps honey
2 egg-whites
Blend the cottage cheese with the fruit and the honey, then add the hard-beaten egg-whites.
Serve it cooled, with fruit.,
